HP underwent a comprehensive rebrand, yet one critical element was overlooked: their email communications.
To address this gap, Thesis was tasked with reimagining HP’s emails to align with the new Visual Identity and infuse a human touch into each message. Through rigorous testing, we developed an engaging and streamlined email design system, enhancing the authoring process while ensuring consistency across all consumer interactions. This innovative tool not only simplified a previously cumbersome manual process but also optimized the use of creative talents, ultimately saving time and resources. The result is a refreshed email approach that embodies HP's brand evolution and fosters a more engaging connection with its audience.
